Another step of Durham Habitat’s long standing partnership with Durham Housing Authority, these east Durham homes were purchased from DHA and are undergoing full renovations before being purchased by Durham Habitat partner families.

Updating the homes to meet Durham Habitat’s high standards of quality and efficiency will make it possible for four more hard-working Durham families to access all the benefits of affordable homeownership.
