DURHAM, N.C. (November 10, 2025) — Spotlight Realty is hosting Casino Night 2025, a high-energy evening of gaming, prizes, food, and community connection to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Durham. The event, presented by MM&J Law, will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 6:00–10:00 PM at The Cookery in Durham.

Guests will enjoy classic casino-style games, a variety of prizes, and delicious offerings in one of Durham’s most beloved event spaces—all while raising critical funds to support Habitat for Humanity of Durham’s work building and preserving safe, affordable homes for local families.

“Every hand played and every ticket purchased helps move a Durham family one step closer to the stability of home,” said Nimasheena N. Burns, President & CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Durham. “We’re grateful to Spotlight Realty, MM&J Law, and everyone who will join us for an evening that blends fun with real impact for our community.”

Proceeds from Casino Night 2025 will support Habitat for Humanity of Durham’s mission to partner with families, volunteers, and donors to build homes, communities, and hope. Now in its 40th year, the organization has helped hundreds of families access safe, affordable housing and critical home repairs across Durham County.

Community members, partners, and supporters are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance and invite friends, colleagues, and neighbors to attend.
