Raffle Rules & Information

One (1) winner will be selected at random per raffle within the series unless explicitly stated otherwise. You must be 18 years old or older to participate. No purchase or donation is tax-deductible in exchange for raffle tickets. Tickets are non-refundable. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other items. Winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry and must claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner does not respond within the allotted timeframe (7-days), Durham Habitat reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Habitat for Humanity of Durham, North Carolina, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising from participation in this raffle or acceptance of the prize. This raffle is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Funds raised to help build, repair and revitalize homes in Durham, NC. By participating you acknowledge, the prize is as-is and without manufacturer’s warranty. By participating, you agree to arrange prize pick-up and transportation from Durham, NC. By participating, you agree to sign release for the prize and product guides. Odds of winning are based on the total number of eligible entries received.
