2015 Bull Moon Ride and Run Sponsors

Partner with Durham Habitat for the Bull Moon Ride and Run on July 25th! The Bull Moon Ride and Run is a signature Durham Habitat event – an evening ride and run/walk that starts and ends with a big, family-friendly party at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park!

We would love for your organization to be a sponsor and bring your employees out to participate as riders, runners, walkers, and volunteers! All sponsors will be recognized on social media and by the event DJ throughout the night. All sponsors who sign on by May 25th will also be on the event t-shirt. 1. Corporate Team Sponsorship

We have space for up to 10 corporate teams of riders and/or runners. When your organization donates $1,000 to Durham Habitat, you receive 10 free ride and/or run registrations and 10 free VIP passes for your employees! ** All sponsors who sign on by May 25th will also be on the event t-shirt.**

The VIP experience includes:

Complimentary pasta, salad, bread and dessert catered by Johnny Carino’s with no lines
Complimentary beer and refreshments with no lines
Preferred seating
Private bag and bike check

2. Corporate Event Sponsorship

We have space for up to 6 corporate event sponsorships. Each includes signage, social media and DJ shouts outs, listing on the event tshirt, and 10 free ride and/or run registrations with 10 free VIP passes for your employees! ** All sponsors who sign on by May 25th will also be on the event t-shirt.**

$5,000 Start Line Sponsor – prominent signage at the runner start line, seen by 3,000+
$2,500 Start Line Co-Sponsor – joint signage at the runner start line, seen by 3,000+
$5,000 VIP Tent Sponsor – prominent signage at the VIP tent, with room for your organization’s creative touches (table tents, props, mascots, etc.)
$5,000 Entertainment Stage Sponsor – prominent signage on stage, with room for your organization’s creative touches (props, mascots, a speaker, etc.)
$2,500 Entertainment Stage Co-Sponsor – joint signage on stage, with room for your organization’s creative touches (props, mascots, a speaker, etc.)
