Durham Habitat's repairs program assists low-income Durham homeowners in correcting substandard housing conditions, which pose an imminent threat to life, safety, or accessibility. These repairs range from roofing to adding wheelchair ramps, from exterior paint to plumbing. This program allows homeowners to protect their affordable housing and age in place.
