Most group volunteer opportunities are available in construction and special events.

To volunteer in Construction, please call Patt Hatcher, Volunteer Coordinator, at 919 682 0516 X101 or e-mail . Tell Patt the size of your group, whether you want to work a whole or half day, weekday or Saturday, and how much advance notice you need. Then she can tell you about current projects and find the one that best suits your needs! Most Habitat homes can accomodate 5-15 volunteers per house per shift, but as some of our projects include working on homes next door to each other, we're happy to talk with you about accomodating larger groups.
