The Registration & Orientation process may be completed online here. You must be at least 14 years of age to volunteer on a construction site with Habitat for Humanity of Durham. If you are 14 or 15 years old, then you can help with landscaping or site maintenance only. You must be at least 16 years old to perform all other tasks, except using power tools or climbing on ladders or scaffolding. You must be at least 18 years old to use power tools or to climb ladders or scaffoldings. The following is a description of the process: Enter your email address below. Our system will verify your email address by sending you an email containing a password you must enter to continue. You can change this password once you are verified. Complete a volunteer information form and skills survey form. Complete the online orientation. Download and print a liability waiver that you must bring to the work site with you the first time you volunteer. Once you complete the online orientation, you will receive a call  or an email from the Volunteer Coordinator, so don't forget to fill in your contact information on our form. Habitat of Durham does NOT sell or in any way give out any information that you provided to us during this process.
