Volunteering is Priceless

Trinity SchoolLed by senior class member Holly Dorfman, the Trinity School's "Volunteering is Priceless" class is learning about Durham nonprofits and how they can support and get involved in their community.

Today class members visited the Genesis Home and took a Durham Habitat HabiTour (a tour by car of Habitat's work in Durham).

Some members of the class are pictured here in front of a playhouse built by NetApp employees through Durham Habitat's playhouse program. NetApp then donated the playhouse to the Genesis Home where it's being enjoyed by children.

Here at Durham Habitat we know that community building is all about partnerships! Thank you Holly, Trinity School, Genesis Home and NetApp.

Habitat Success Stories
