Who is eligible for repairs?

To be eligible for Habitat of Durham's home repair assistance applicants must...

• Be the owner and occupant of a home within the County of Durham.
• Have a household annual income below 60% of the area median income (a family of 4 can earn up to 40,680).
• Have need for repairs.
• Demonstrate a willingness to partner.

Special considerations are given to seniors, people with disabilities, families that are overcrowded and single-parent households.
