Stella and Friends Concert to Benefit Durham Habitat, March 29th

Join Stella and Friends on the evening of Saturday, March 29 at The Historic Murphey School for a concert to raise funds in support of Steve’s and Betsy Levitas’ Habitat House!

Steve and Betsy Levitas are partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Durham to fund a Habitat home in 2014. To help with this exciting project, Betsy’s dynamic seven-woman a cappella group, Stella, has rounded up a group of musical friends for a great show at the historic Murphey School in Durham County, 10 minutes from downtown Durham.

The musical extravaganza will include favorites from the great American songbook, gospel, rock and jazz, featuring the talents of Callie Warner and guitarist Rick Keena of Southern Routes gospel singer Jennifer Evans and fiddler Chris Mankoff.

Purchase your ticket NOW as there is limited seating and you don’t want to miss this unique, inspiring event! Every dime of your ticket price goes to building a deserving family a home, PLUS we’ll have lots of fun and exciting opportunities throughout the evening to contribute to the cause so don’t leave your wallet behind!

Habitat Success Stories

Worth helped found Durham Habitat as part of his Bible study group. He has volunteered to build hundreds of homes, but if you ask about his role with Habitat, he will take no special credit, saying, “Habitat just fits in with who I am.”
