Home sponsorship
Give the gift of hope!
In order to purchase materials to get building started, capital is needed up front for each home. Home sponsors make this possible. Sponsorship is the gift of HOPE!
Each home, each family, is sponsored by an individual, company, congregation or other organization that wishes to join a life-changing partnership. Sometimes coalitions of organizations join together.
The commitment is simple:
- Home sponsors provide $50,000 in funding before the build begins.
- Side by side with the partner family, sponsors may help build the home if they have members or employees that can offer volunteer time. The volunteer commitment may range from just a few hours to hundreds of hours. If sponsors cannot provide volunteers, Habitat will gladly do so!
